An end to end, sustainable mobility solution for connected / electric vehicles
EcoMobility is a funded EU project (HORIZON-KDT-JU-2022-2-RIA) that will create and demonstrate an adaptive data-driven development, deployment and operation framework for connected / electric vehicles to enable a digital mobility ecosystem.
The project will enable and simplify cooperative development, deployment, operation and life cycle management of connected adaptive end-to-end mobility solutions in a sustainable manner.
In order to achieve its main goal, the following objectives have been defined:
The EcoMobility project will use the expertise of world-renowned industrial and research partners in the mobility value chain. This will help Europe stay competitive in the growing mobility market. The project will also contribute directly to the European goal of zero road fatalities by 2050.
Sigma Cognition’s role will be to develop AI models and datasets to improve and adapt computer vision-based detection to the Smart City framework of SC5 Demonstrator 2.
The EcoMobility project started in May 2023.
We are currently collaborating with other project partners on the solution definition phase of this project.
This project is currently in a preliminary definition phase. Check back for updates.
The project has been accepted for funding within the Key Digital Technologies Joint Undertaking (KDT JU), a public-private partnership in collaboration with the Horizon Europe (HORIZON) Framework Programme and National Authorities under grant agreement number 101112306.
